CBI officials reach SSR’s residence to reconstruct crime scene again
A team of the CBI officials has reached Sushant Singh Rajput’s residence along with the late actor’s flatmate Siddharth Pithani, cook Neeraj and house help Keshav. The CBI will once again reconstruct the crime scene at Sushant’s apartment. His sister Mitu Singh has also been called to his Bandra residence.

Showik Chakraborty and Samuel Miranda are being escorted into the court room. A team of the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) officials is already at the court. Another team of the NCB officials left a short while ago from the NCB office in Mumbai. The NCB is going to ask for 4-6 days custody of Showik Chakraborty. According to the NCB sources, it has been established that Showik was indeed peddling drugs and was in touch with a number of other peddlers as well.

Sushant Singh Rajput’s family lawyer Vikas Singh has reacted to Showik Chakraborty’s arrest by the Narcotics Control Bureau. He said, “Arrests by NCB prove the fear of the family that there was something very big that Mumbai Police wanted to hide. Clearly, there are several angles in this case. Actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s sister Shweta Singh Kirti breathed a sigh of relief after the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) arrested Rhea Chakraborty’s brother Showik late Friday night. Sushant Singh Rajput’s live-in partner Rhea Chakraborty is expected to be summoned by the Narcotics Control Bureau soon. The NCB, till now, has arrested two alleged drug peddlers operating in the capital city of Maharashtra in this case and it has detained one person. The two arrested are Zaid Vilatra (21) and Abdel Basit Parihar (23) while Kaizan Ibrahim is being questioned since Thursday. Bandra resident Parihar was arrested after interrogating Vilatra. Parihar is learnt to have “links” with the narcotics case registered against Rhea Chakraborty and others. Parihar is linked to a person who was allegedly reported to be featuring in chats recovered from the mobile phones of Rhea and Showik. The agency is probing the drug angle in this case under criminal sections of the NDPS Act after the ED shared with it a report following the cloning of two mobile phones of Rhea.
NCB to prdouce Showik and Samuel in court
The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) will produce Showik Chakraborty and Samuel Miranda in a local court on Saturday and seek custody of the two for four to six day for further interrogation. Showik and Saumel will first be taken for the medicals along with Kaizan Ibrahim, who is being questioned by the NCB since Thursday. Post which, they will be taken to the court.

NCB to question Dipesh Sawant today
Sushant Singh Rajput’s house help Dipesh Sawant’s statement will be recorded by the Narcotics Control of Bureau today to know as to what sort of consumption of drugs was happening at SSR’s residence. The Narcotics Control of Bureau registered a case on August 26 under various sections of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, naming Rhea Chakraborty, her brother Showik Chakraborty, talent manager Jaya Saha, Sushant’s co-manager Shruti Modi, and Goa-based hotelier Gaurav Arya, after the Enforcement Directorate wrote to it about the possible drugs angle.
